Las Vegas Vacation Suites is acting as an intermediary and agent for suppliers (“Principals” identified on any attached or accompanying document (s) in selling services or in accepting reservations or booking for services which are not directly supplied by the travel companies such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc…).

This company, or any associated companies / parties shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which may result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Las Vegas Vacation Suites, or any associated companies/parties, shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal condition or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel companies’ control.

Our policy is NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Customers will be informed of any changes during the specific travel plan they have made through us. Some owners may allow for rescheduling, but we are not the owner, we do not give credits or refunds. Any issues with any specific rental must be brought to the attention of the owner.
