Reservations:
Las Vegas Vacation Suites’ staff is trained to handle every aspect of short and long-term vacation rentals. Every inquiry concerning vacation rentals is answered efficiently and professionally. We handle reservation bookings including fielding of all telephone and email inquiries. We also help owners with the execution of signed rental agreements.
Property Owners’ Responsibilities:
The property owner is responsible for the following: · Provide a clean, fully furnished home ready for renter / tenant occupancy. · Guarantee the home will be available to rent during pre determined dates · Maintain quality of furnishings and property · Payment and upkeep of all monthly expenditures such as mortgages, HOA dues, taxes, insurance, etc. · Payment for all property services, such as, gardening, pool services, utilities, etc.
Cost For All of our Services:
We provide all the above services at a bare minimum cost to he property owner. Our fees include 20% of all gross collections.
Optimal Services:
For an additional fee we will furnish and prepare your property for incoming renters. The cost for this service includes all materials and furnishing plus an hourly rate for work performed. The end cost will vary depending on level of maintenance and preparation work needed and the cost of furnishing and materials you choose from your design staff.
